Book Review of Boot's "Invisible Armies"
Monday, February 18, 2013
Brief Update
I was planning to continue studying military history, but...well...life got in the way, and I got a job.
I'll probably be writing once a week (perhaps every two weeks).
My current job is 99% programming, and 1% writing articles. The next piece for work I'll be writing a critical review of Max Boot's Invisible Armies. (I'll post a link when I'm done with it!)
So, I'll continue writing when time allows. I was thinking about discussing Alexander's Balkan campaigns, but there is so little material...it seems nearly impossible to discuss anything substantial.
My next post will probably cover Alexander the Great's excursions into Asia, or perhaps some of the Achaemenid (Persian) empire.
